The Planning Board <br />filed with the Board of Commissioners a recommendation that Mr. Parrish~s request <br />for re-zoning.44,000 square feet in Birchwood Mobile Home Park be approved. Chairman <br />Walker advised the County Planning Board that the Board of Commissioners would act <br />on the request for re-zoning. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Bennett, it was moved <br />and adopted that the request of Wade Parrish to re-zone 44,000 square feet in Birch- <br />wood Mobil Home Park from a mobile home park area to rural commercial area be approved. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned to meet again an Tuesday, June 30, 1970, in the Courtroom of the Courthouse. <br />Henry 5. Smith, Commissioners Harvey D. Bennett, <br />Ira A. Ward, Henry 5. Walker and William C. Ray. <br />Members Absent: None ~ <br />This meeting was held for the purpose of reviewing the proposed budget for the <br />fiscal year of 1970-71. Discussion ensued relative to the various tax rates which <br />could be used for the fiscal year. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned. <br />Carl M.
