MINUTES OF THE ORANGE COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />June 30, 1969 <br />7 205 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Orange County met in adjourned session <br />on Monday, June 30, 1969, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., in the Conference Room of the <br />Orange County Welfare Building. <br />Members Present: Chairman Carl M. Smith, and Commissioners Harvey D. Bennett, <br />William C. Ray, Henry S. Walker and Ira A. Ward. <br />Members Absent: None <br />The County Accountant reported that if all budget requests were approved the <br />Ad Valorem tax rate for the year 1969-1970 would be #1.53. Discussion ensued. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board the meeting adjourned <br />to meet again on Tuesday, July 1, 1969, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br />Carl M. Smith, and Commissioners Harvey D. <br />Bennett, William C. Ray, Henry S. Walker and Ira A. Ward. <br />Members Absent: None <br />The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the proposed 1969-1970 budget. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board the meeting was <br />adjourned. <br />Carl M.
