An important part of their program has been the <br />elected officials' willingness to sign a proclamation in support of Drinking Water Week. <br />This proclamation does acknowledge the contributions of water utility employees from the Town <br />of Hillsborough, the Orange-Alamance Water System, Graham-MebanE Water System and <br />Orange County. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board proclaim the week of May <br />7-13 as Drinking Water Week in Orange County and authorize the Chair to sign the <br />proclamation on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners. <br />
