Presentation Director, 919-245-2102 <br /> PURPOSE: To consider FY26 Quarter 2 (Q2) Amendments to the Annual Work Program (AWP) <br /> for transit. <br /> BACKGROUND: The Orange County Staff Working Group (SWG) held a special meeting on <br /> Friday, October 31, 2025, to consider proposed amendments to the Annual Work Program. <br /> Agencies submitted amendments to the Staff Working Group which were subsequently <br /> distributed for public comment. No public comments were received. <br /> The Staff Working Group recommended that the BOCC approve the attached AWP FY26 Q2 <br /> amendments as a slate. <br /> 1.
