Before we get too far into it, we have a new member. Meg Millard 28 <br />is our newest member. We're just going to quickly go around the Board and we can introduce 29 <br />ourselves. 30 <br /> 31 <br /> [Each member in attendance introduced themselves] 32 <br /> 33 <br />Adam Beeman: With that being said, we're going to call this meeting to order and let's see the information notes. 34 <br />What do we have on the calendar this month? It's a busy month. They swore in our newest 35 <br />County commissioner on Monday, and they've got a meeting. The Board of Adjustment's got a 36 <br />meeting. We've got holidays all throughout and we don't come back until the 8th of January. So, 37 <br />we'll have a good long break. I need an approval of a motion to approve any minutes or any 38 <br />amendments to the minutes, if anybody has any. 39 <br /> 40 AGENDA ITEM 3: APPROVAL OF MINUTES 41 <br /> 42 <br />Lamar Proctor: I move to approve the minutes. 43 <br /> 44 <br />Adam Beeman: Do I have a second? 45 <br /> 46 <br />Charity Kirk: Second. 47 <br /> 48 <br />MOTION BY Lamar Proctor to approve the meeting minutes.
