Bennett, Commissioners Henry S. Walker, William C. Ray, <br />and Carl M. Smith. <br />Member absent: Commissioner Gordon B. Cleveland. <br />It was moved, seconded axxi'passed that a permit be issued to the University of Nat Emerso ins <br />at Chapel Hill for a fireworks display to be held on the evening of September 30, 1965, <br />Field in Chapel Hill. The Clerk was instructed to write W. F.
