No decision was made on this matter at this time. <br /> • Leon Meyers asked about recent media coverage regarding issues with the Northside <br /> Community of Chapel Hill as it pertains to the 2025 Revaluation. Nancy Freeman felt that it <br /> would be important to share some background information with the board members regarding <br /> the Northside Community. She plans to have something to present to the board at a future <br /> meeting. <br />
