LLoyd <br /> HILLSBOROUGH STAFF PRESENT: Town Manager Eric Peterson (All other staff members will <br /> be identified appropriately below) <br /> Chair Bedford called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. <br /> Mayor Mark Bell welcomed the members of the Carrboro and Chapel Hill Town Councils <br /> and the Hillsborough and Orange County Boards of Commissioners. Commissioners, Council <br /> Members, and staff introduced themselves. <br /> 1. One Orange Racial Equity Update <br /> The One Orange Racial Equity Jurisdictional Team (Carrboro, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, and <br /> Orange County) continues to collaborate to advance racial equity throughout Orange County. In <br /> addition to highlighting some of the work that has previously been done, the team will present <br /> updates on the racial equity framework, data dashboard and racialized history project. <br />
