94 <br /> let 1 <br /> Attachment 2 <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> CONTRACT AMENDMENT <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> THIS CONTRACT AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 13 day of 20 23 by <br /> and between ORANGE COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as " County") and TOWN OF CHAPEL HILL (hereinafter <br /> referred to as "Provider") . <br /> WITNESSETH : <br /> I <br /> THAT WHEREAS , the County and Provider entered into a contract dated October 21 , 2021 , (hereinafter the " Original f <br /> Agreement") , for the provision of services for LAUNCH, Inc . ; and <br /> i <br /> WHEREAS , the County and Provider desire to amend the Original Agreement while keeping in effect all terms and <br /> conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below . <br /> c <br /> NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements made herein, the parties agree to <br /> amend the Original Agreement as follows : <br /> 1 . Section 1 . County Grant, in the Original Agreement is amended by changing the physical location from " 306 c; <br /> W. Franklin Street, Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27516 " to " 136 East Rosemary/ 137 East Franklin St . , Chapel <br /> Hill, North Carolina 27514 " . <br /> 2 . Section 2 . Town Obligation, in the Original Agreement is amended by changing " operation and rent" to <br /> " accelerator operations , programming, and recruiting" . <br /> 3 . Except for the changes made herein, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the extent <br /> it is not inconsistent with this Amendment .
