The <br />funds appmpdaled for flscal year 2001-2002 were to support one additional full-time nurse in <br />Orange County Schools, two additional full-time nurses in Chapel HIII-Capboro City Schools, <br />and their associated operating expenses. <br />The agreements are woman to allow the school systems fo use the entire amount of funds for <br />salary supped, wit an assurance that the system will provide appropriate equipment and <br />supplies. <br />Nurses have been hired and are functioning in bet systems <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The total cost of the agreements is $115,726 and was authorized in the <br />approved budget for the year. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve to agreements <br />and authorize the Chair to sign.
