<br />Minutes of the Board of Commissioners <br />April 24, 1962 <br />The Orange County Board of Commissioners met on Tuesday, April 24, 1962, at <br />T1100:330 O'clock in the Commissioners, room at the courthouse in Hillsboro, Id. C. <br />Members present: Chairman Donald Stanford, Commissioners Harvey Bennett, <br />arence Jones, Donald McDade and Henry Walker. <br />Members absent: None <br />The purpose of this meeting was to discuss with the representatives of the <br />State Highway Commission the 1962-1963 Secondary Road Plan for Orange County. <br />The following State Highway Commission-.representatives were present: <br />Jim McLamroc, T. A. Burton, Charles Hoover and Clarence Walters. <br />The following Secondary Road Plan for 1962-1963 was presented: <br />Construction Allocation $234,540.00 <br />Less overrun W.O. 6.502055 35,200.00 <br />Balance 199,340.00 <br />Bal. 1960-1961 F.A. Secondary Funds 23,500.00 <br />Balance Available for Programming 222,840.00 <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Walker, seconded by 'Commissioner Jones, and unanimous- <br />ly adopted, the Secondary Road Plan for 1962-1963 as presented by the representatives <br />of the State Highway Commission was approved and accepted by the Orange County Board <br />of Commissioners. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board this meeting was <br />adjourned. <br />Donald Stanford <br />Chairman <br />S.
