Bob will add a sentence or two <br /> Ed suggested attaching article about the barn cat program; also suggested making it <br /> explicit our success with respect to "lifelong muzzling," add dogfighting legislative <br /> advocacy. (Maureane agreed with this but thought it should be couched in terms of <br /> using a behavioral assessment to make the determination rather than a once-size-fits all <br /> inflexible standard) <br /> 1. community's and media's positive reception of community-cats program <br /> 2. being able to allow for "revisit[ing], review[ing], and rescind[ing]" of dangerous-dog <br /> declarations <br />
