LEASE RENEWAL BETWEEN <br /> COUNTY OF ORANGE <br /> AND <br /> DR.JAMES THOMPSON AND BETTY A.THOMPSON <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> COUNTY OF ORANGE <br /> WHEREAS, an lease agreement was made and entered into as of the 5th day of June, 1989 by and <br /> between Orange County, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY, and Dr. James Thompson and <br /> wife, Betty A.Thompson, hereinafter referred to as the OWNER, for property to be used as a solid <br /> waste collection site. <br /> WHEREAS, the COUNTY and the OWNER mutually agree to the following: <br /> 1. The agreement will be continued for a period beginning June 6, 1994 and ending at 12:00 <br /> midnight on June 5,1999. <br /> 2.
