S60.00. This <br />division is only a tentative one and will becme final only when a final certification <br />of the A & E e~ollment is Sited with the County Accountant by the State Board of <br />Bducation. At that time iS there is a:q alteration of the enrollment flgurea a paw per <br />capita distribution for both current expense and capital outlay wj11. be made. <br />On all male persons between the ages of 21 and 50 yeazs the sum of „a.00 in <br />accordance with the nrovisionc of G.S. 195-31x1 (1) unless such person is exempt as provided <br />by larr. Trenty five oercent of the proceeds of this tar. shall ba deposited in the <br />~~ Welfare Fund and seventy five percent of this tax shall be deposited in the School Current <br />LSroense Fund. <br />On each~~emale dog six months of age or alder the sum of $2.00 and on each male dog <br />and each female dog other than an open female of the age of six months or older the sum oT <br />$1.00. The proceeds of this tax shall be depodted in the General Fund to bs used to defray <br />the expense of the dog warden in acceptance with the provddon of G.S. 67-3D. <br />There is hereby levied is each mazriage 1cense issued a tax of $1x.00 in accordance <br />with the provisions of G.S. 51-20. The proceeds of this tax shall be deposited with the <br />General Pund. <br />There is hereby levied a privilege 1lcease tar, in the maximum amour permitted by <br />Schedule H of the Bovenue Act, heing article 2 of Chapter 105 of the General Statutes avd <br />by any other section of the General Statutes on each budness~ trade, occupation or <br />profession which countlos azo authorised to tar under Schedule H of the Revemre Act and <br />other sections of the Gonezal Statutes, except Sn the azea of employment agencies.
