Baker (All other staff members will be identified <br /> appropriately below) <br /> HILLSBOROUGH COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Mayor Tom Stevens and Commissioners <br /> Kathleen Ferguson, Mark Bell, Brian Lowen, Evelyn Lloyd, and Jenn Weaver <br /> HILLSBOROUGH COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: <br /> HILLSBOROUGH STAFF PRESENT: Margaret Hauth, Planning Director <br /> HILLSBOROUGH TOWN STAFF ABSENT: Town Manager, Eric Peterson <br /> Chair Dorosin called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. <br /> Welcome and Opening Remarks <br /> Chair Dorosin said the goal of this evening is to have a dialogue between the two <br /> boards, asking questions, and raising ideas. <br /> Mayor Stevens said there is a long track record of meetings, and of strong mutual <br /> interests, between the County and the Town of Hillsborough. He thanked the Board of County <br /> Commissioners for the use of the Whitted facility by the Town, and other community groups. <br /> He said Hillsborough has a small staff that accomplishes a lot, and he commended the staff's <br /> efforts. <br /> Chair Dorosin said Commissioner Burroughs would be unable to attend tonight. <br /> Commissioner McKee arrived at 7:06 p.m. <br /> 1.
