Sinai (SR 1718) and Cornwallis Road (SR 1716) <br />in Chapel Hill Township extending into Durham County <br />Existing Conditions:. <br />Existing: <br />• Zoning: Rural Buffer (2 acres minimum lot size' ) <br />• The property is not located in a designated protected watershed. <br />Physical Features: <br />• There are no designated streams in the Orange County portion of the tract. <br />• The site, in Orange County, is flat and wooded with a mixture of pines and hardwoods. <br />Applicant: Howard A.
