She is willing and <br />eligible fore reappointment. If reappointed, she will be serving a second full term, which will end <br />on 6/30/2010. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one reappointment to-the ABC.Board. <br />
