Opening Remarks <br /> Chair McKee welcomed all to the second budget public hearing. <br /> Chair McKee said the Commissioner Burroughs would not be attending tonight. <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> Chair McKee dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 2.
