7J~ Minutes of the Hoard of Commissioners <br />i'7edaesdag, April 14, 19$4 <br />Ths Doard of Cammi asioners of Orange County met on Wedne sdap, April 14, <br />19$4 at 1 o'clock P. M, in an adjourned meeting at the Courthouse Sn Hills- <br />boro. <br />Members present: Chairman R. 0, Porrest, and Commis alone rs A. J, M. <br />Bobby and Sim L. Efland. <br />Absent: None. <br />State Aighway Commis sloner, J. Vnn Lindley, met with the Board and <br />discussed roed problems that exist Sn Orange County, after which the Board <br />inspec tod several roads. <br />IIpon motion duly made and seconded, four petitions ware unanimously <br />approved and ordered sent to Mr. L. H. Gunter, Diatr?ct Engineer, State <br />Highway and Public Works Co®isaion. The petitions approved ware as follows: <br />1. Road in B111 aboro Township and known as Cemetery <br />road in 7fa et Hillsboro. Length of road .2$ mile. <br />2. Road in Hillsboro Township, running from behind <br />Cart's SUpermarkat to Dspot load, Length of roed <br />.3 mile. <br />3, Road in Chapel H111 Townah?p and tuna from Piney <br />tdount¢in School Road off 0.lrnort Road to home of <br />Lillie iV1111ame. Length of road .4$ mile. <br />4. Road is Chapel Hill Township, and runs from 1$ 9y <br />Pass to Route 1$ By Pasa find known as Rings 61111 <br />Road, Laurel Hill Road Ext. and Coker Drive. <br />Length of road .B mile. <br />There being no further bueineas, upon motion, adjourned to meet at <br />2:30 o'clock P.
