'ri., in the Con¢niss loners' Room <br />at the Courthouse. <br />Mombera present: Chairman R. 0. ri'orrset end Commissioners Sim L. <br />Hfland and R. J. ii. Robbs. <br />The purpose of this meeting ryas to studg the proposed budget requests. <br />Chairman Porre at than brought to the attention of the Board that the <br />County should consider purchasing the property adjoining the nerr courthouse <br />lot on the South. <br />After a thorough discussion of this matter, Commissioner Bfland moved <br />that the Chairmen of the Hoard be granted authority to negot iete with the <br />ormers of tho adjoining property relntiva to the purchase thereof by the <br />County.
