The Manage recommends the assessment role for the Colonial Hills <br /> participating paving project, submitted to the Board of Commissioners on <br /> September , 1978, be confirmed. <br /> 4. A delegation will request the Board increase the size of the Sheriff's <br /> patrol force to help reduce the incidence of burglary in rural areas. <br /> 5. Consideration of a proposed recreation ordinance. <br /> 6. The Clerk submits the minutes of meetings held December 4th and 19-th <br /> and Januar 2nd and 9th for Board consideration. <br /> 7. The Social Service Board requests the Board of Commissioners approve an <br /> additional <br /> position, Food Stamp Eligibility Specialist, for that department. <br /> (Agenda A tachment I) <br /> 8. The Social Services Board requests the Board of Commissioners approve <br /> additional funding for the Chore Service Program. (Agenda Attachment I) <br /> 9. The Manager submits: <br /> A. Report of bids received for a water-sewer project in the Northern <br /> Fairview area. <br /> B. The en ineers recommendations for project modification that will <br /> bring e total project cost within funds awarded for this work. <br /> (Agenda Attachment II) <br /> 10. The Erosion Control Officer will review a memorandum dealing with the <br /> monitoring of projects currently exempt from the county's Erosion Control <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 11. Will the B and request local legislation to: <br /> A. Provide staggered terms for members of the County Board of Health? <br /> B. Increa a the size of the county's ABC Board? <br /> C. Modify the appointment procedure for members of the ABC Board? <br />
