The Manager recommends the Commissioners concur with the recommendation <br /> of the State Department of Transportation to add .03 miles of road in <br /> the Hid away Estates Subdivision to the state road system. (Agenda Attach. I; <br /> 4. The Manager recommends Homestead Exemptions be approved for persons named <br /> in Agenda Attachment II . <br /> 5. The Man ger recommends the Board of Commissioners concur with the <br /> recomme dation of U. S. Corps of Engineers dealing with modification <br /> of the food Plain Analysis Survey planned in Orange County. (Agenda Attach. <br /> 5. The Man ger recommends execution of an Agreement of Release officially <br /> approvi g the negotiated property settlement between Orange County and <br /> the District Health Department. The County Attorney will comment. (Attach.IV <br /> 7. The Man ger recommends $1 ,500 be provided from the Contingency fund to <br /> acquire additional courtroom furniture.
