'*~'j~ Minutes of the Board of Commissioners <br />Tuesday, Jaauary 27, 1953 <br />The Orange County Board of Commissioners met on Tuesday, January 27, <br />1953, at 7:30 o'clock P. A7., in the Commissioners' Room at the Courthouse. in <br />an adjourned meeting. <br />Members Present: R. 0. Forrest, Chairman; Sim L. Efland and R. J. 1A. <br />Hobbs, Commissioners. ~~ <br />Membors Absent: None. ~ <br />The principal purpose of this meeting was to discuss revaluation of <br />real property in Orange County by the J. Lt. Cleminshaw Company. <br />1Sr. A. Pell, a representative of the J. 1.i. Cleminshaw Company was <br />present in this discussion. <br />Upon motion duly made, seconded, and unanimously approved, the Board <br />notified tdr. Pell to proceed with the revaluatioa by using the short form <br />method of appraising industrial property. Pdr. Pell advised that this <br />notification would be considered to be in full complience with the terme of <br />the revaluation contract. <br />The remainder of this meet ing was spent Sn discussing proposed <br />legislation to be introduced Sn the 1953 General Assembly. <br />There being no further business, anon motio¢, adjourned. <br />J.
