Additions or Chanqes to the Aqenda <br /> Chair McKee called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> He noted the following items at the Commissioners' places: <br /> - White Sheet - Revised Women's History Month Resolution for item 4a —Women's History <br /> Month Proclamation <br /> - PowerPoint slides for item 5a - 2015 Orange Public Transportation Americans with <br /> Disabilities Act (ADA) Plan <br /> - White sheet— Corrections for item 6a - February 10th draft minutes <br /> - PowerPoint for Item 8a - Presentation of Manager's Recommended FY 2015-20 Capital <br /> Investment Plan (CIP) <br /> - PowerPoint for item 8b - Solid Waste Program Fee Options Recommendation — Solid Waste <br /> Advisory Group <br /> -Yellow Sheet— Revised Abstract for Item 11 b — Board of Equalization and Review <br /> - White Sheet—Additional Information for item 11 e - Orange County Planning Board <br /> Appointments Planning <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> Chair McKee dispensed with the reading of the Public Charge. <br /> 2. Announcements and Petitions by Board Members <br /> Commissioner Jacobs announced that he and Commissioner Price will have a meeting <br /> on April 1 St with a group that is planning a possible veteran's memorial in Orange County. He <br /> said he and Commissioner Price have suggested that the group consider placing this on <br />
