The Orange County Board of Commis aione rs met in an adjourned regular <br />meeting, at 8 o'clock P, id., June 25, 1952, in the Commis sioners~ room at the <br />Courthouse, in Eill sboro, ISorth Carolina. <br />fiiembers Present: Chairman Collier Cobb, Jr., and Commissioners Sim L. <br />Efland and R. 0. Forrest. <br />tdembers Absent: ftons. <br />L1r. Archie R. Davie, Architect, rtes prasant and stated he had contacted <br />the contractors aubmitti ng the lour bids on the construction of the proposed <br />nen courthouse and had narked out a revised contract leaving off the finishing <br />of the anterior et a coat as follons: <br />Lorr Bidders Revised Contract <br />Coltrane-Grehem $ 205'303.20 <br />Ingram 8~ sugga 5 442.00 <br />Dixon Fc Chri at opher Co., Inc. 7,895.00 <br />Thome rs on Elac. Davis is <br />hereby authorised to have, contrac tore sign the revised cont recta and present <br />came to the Board at their meeting on July 7, 1952, for their approvel. <br />Unon motion of Corrmias ionar Efland, seconded by Commissioner Forrest, <br />ell county offices era hereby euthorized to remain closed on July 4th end 5th, <br />195z. <br />There ba ing no further business, upon motion, edj ournad. <br />J.
