ORO- <br /> Pi4F <br /> Vur-4 7 <br /> Jail Addition Project <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 61-711 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 <br /> of the General Statutes of North Carolina,the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized will provide funds to construct an addition to the existing jail. This project <br /> will be financed by a grant from the U.S. Federal Marshals Office. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget <br /> contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Intergovernmental(1992-93) $1,000,000 <br /> Intergovernmental(1994-95) ,51.000.000 <br /> Total Revenue .52.000.000 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Jail Addition Project $2,000,000 <br /> Section 5. The funds available for this project have been transferred to the"Jail/Courthouse Addition Capital Proj <br /> Section 6. The following amendment is anticipated to complete this transfer: <br /> Transfer to Jail/Courtkouse Addition Project(1995-96) $2,000,000 <br /> Jail Addition Project ($2,000,000) <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous"Jail Addition Capital Project Ordinances". <br /> Section 6. This ordinance,originally adopted June 29, 1993,shall remain in effect until September 20, 1995. <br /> Section 7. The officers of the County are hereby authorized to close this project at the expiration date contained <br /> in Section 6. <br /> Adopted this 20th day of September 1995. <br /> WBUDGE[\ WORDSTOUCAMAII. <br />
