Davis, <br /> Architect, hzd submitted to the County a statement for services rendored in <br /> connection *rith the viorking ple ns and soecific ations fo_ the proposed Court- <br /> house Huild ing, said statement being in the amount of gF6,8y5.00. anon motion <br /> o_" Commissioner Forrest, seconded by Com:.issioner Efl=_nd, the folloering reso- <br /> lution mes unanimously adopted: <br /> RESOLl'ED, Thet vrhereas bonds in the amount of X250, 000.00 hevo <br /> been duly authorized for the proposed Courthouse project but thnt <br /> same hove cot yet been issued as the Hoard is nocr, end has been of <br /> the oo~nion th et it viould be to tl:e best interest of the County Chet <br /> said bonds not be issued until complete plans shell have been made. <br /> ISOYI, T??EREFORE, it is ordered that 2rn A. Pi¢rd, County Accountant, <br /> be, and he 1s hsre by, zuthorized and directed to pay to the said <br /> Archie R. Davis the s~.tm of ~(!, 000.00 es oartiel nzyment for services <br /> es outlined above, such amount to be advanced from General County <br /> Fends.
