Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> Chair Jacobs noted that items 11-e (Commission for the Environment appointments), <br /> 11-f (Planning Board appointments), and Item 6-f (Commemorative Plaque Proof for Recently <br /> Commissioned Facilities) have been deferred. <br /> He noted the following items at the Commissioner's places: <br /> - White Sheet— - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for Item 5-a — Solid Waste <br /> Service <br /> Tax District - Public Hearing <br /> - Pink Sheet - Corrections for Item 6-a - Minutes <br /> - Blue Sheet— Revisions for Item 6 e - Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan <br /> Planning Organization Member Agencies Memorandum of Understanding Revisions <br /> - Lavender Sheet— Item 6-d- Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (SAPFO) — <br /> Receipt and Transmittal of 2014 Annual Technical Advisory Committee Report <br /> Chair Jacobs dispensed with the reading of the Public Charge. <br /> 2.
