1 1inutes of the Board of Commissioners, Noonday December 7th I936 Owing to the address of Govenor Hoey,over the Radio, and the Public installation} of the County Officers,the Board did noct meet until I1,309present Commissioners Johh.H.Hanner,Carl T Durham and Dr.S.A Nathan. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. On motion of Dr.Kethan,seoonded by Commissioner Durham,John.H Hanner is hereby elected Chairman of the Board for two years from date. On motion of Commissioner Durham,sedonded by Commissioner Nathan.A.H Graham isi hereby elected County Attorney for the next two years. i i On motion of Dor;missioner Nsthan,::econded by Commissioner Durham,J.Ralph weav_ er is hereby appointed County Surveyor for the next two years, Miss.Grace R Holcombe,Co ty Rome Demonstration Ngent,submitted a detaild report of her worktogether with ills and 41.63 for supplies bought for-- October and November•The report is hereby approved and ordered filed in the prop er report book,-and the bills ordered paid On- motion a resolution passed by this Board at the November meeting a uthorimino the release of the Bonding Company on a bond of G.W Ray,County Accoynt#t. is hereby rescinded,the said Rond having never been recorded in the County Bond.
