Jones, <br /> Donald McDade and Henry Walker. <br /> i ��} Members absent: None <br /> i <br /> jThe purpose of this meeting was to receive the Secondary Road Plan for Orange County for the <br /> fiscal year of 1961-1962. <br /> Jim XacLarrroc, Division Highway Commissioner, T. A. Burton, Division EnFineer, and other <br /> �i personnel from the State High:-ray Commission were present and discussed the proposed plan in <br /> detail with the Commissioners. <br /> ij t! <br /> In summary the plan provided for the expenditure of 1253,211.93 on 4.04 miles of paving, <br /> 9.75 miles of stabilization and 1,.45 miles of road alligment. �4 <br /> i <br /> Mr. MacLamroc noted that additional funds were expected from the State and if such funds �? <br /> �! were received additions to the proposed program would be made. <br /> I Representatives Iron Damascus Church and Union Grove Methodist Church were present to <br /> discuss ;kith the representatives from the State Highway Commission the possibility of road I( <br /> improvements for their resoective areas. # <br /> Commissioner Jones moved that the secondary road plan as submitted by the State Highway <br /> Commission for the fiscal year 1961-1962 be approved. <br /> Commissioner McDade gave a second to this motion. <br /> it { <br /> Chairman Stanford called for a vote and their were 5 ayes and 0 noes.
