11-A <br /> IRE ► 994 -- C �U <br /> ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION FOR R. KEITH BROOKS <br /> IN RECOGNITION OF HIS SERVICE <br /> AS ORANGE COUNTY DATA PROCESSING MANAGER <br /> WHEREAS, Keith Brooks served the citizens of Orange County <br /> faithfully for more than 19 years; and <br /> WHEREAS, he served with honor, creativity, and distinction as <br /> Orange County's Data processing Manager since 1977; and <br /> WHEREAS, he was primarily responsible for automating Orange <br /> County's programs and services, and thus dramatically enhanced <br /> the ability of other County departments to provide Orange County <br /> citizens with timely, responsive, and accurate service; and <br /> WHEREAS, Keith Brooks retired from his duties as Orange County <br /> Data processing Manager as of March 31, 1996; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Orange County <br /> Board of Commissioners do hereby recognize Keith Brooks for his <br /> superb leadership as Orange County Data Processing Manager and <br /> for his distinguished service to Orange County for more than 19 <br /> years; and <br /> FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners expresses its appreciation to Keith Brooks for his <br /> hard work, vision, and dedication in discharging his duties on <br /> behalf of Orange County citizens, and offers its heartfelt <br /> congratulations and best wishes for his retirement. <br /> J- <br />
