The question has been raised as to whether task forces are included in this <br /> stipulation. A proposed amendment to section five of the policy, which addresses this question, is <br /> attached and underlined. The amendment would allow citizens serving in two appointed positions to <br /> also serve on one short-term task force. A current example is the Master Aging Plan Task Force. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br /> RECOMMENDATON(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the amendment to <br /> the policy governing appointments to boards and commissions. <br />
