Foushee, and Alice M. Gordon <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Mike Nelson <br /> COUNTY ATTORNEYS PRESENT: Geoffrey Gledhill <br /> COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Laura Blackmon and Assistant County <br /> Managers Gwen Harvey and Willie Best and Clerk to the Board Donna S.
