Foushee, Alice M. Gordon, Steve Halkiotis, and Barry Jacobs <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY PRESENT: Geoffrey Gledhill and S. Sean Borhanian <br />COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager John M. Link, Jr., Assistant County <br />Manager Gwen Harvey and Clerk to the Board Donna S.
