Gordon, Barry Jacobs, Pam Hemminger, Earl McKee, and Steve <br /> Yuhasz <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: <br /> COUNTY ATTORNEYS PRESENT: John Roberts <br /> COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Frank Clifton, Assistant County Managers <br /> Gwen Harvey, and Michael Talbert and Clerk to the Board Donna Baker (All other staff <br /> members will be identified appropriately below) <br /> 1. Additions or Chanqes to the Aqenda <br /> Chair Pelissier said that item 4-a, Special Recognition for the Carol Woods Retirement <br /> Community, needs to be deferred because of a death in the family. <br /> Chair Pelissier went through the additional items at the County Commissioners' places. <br /> - Light green — item 5-a, Minutes, and suggestions for edits from Commissioner �I <br /> Jacobs. <br /> - Light blue— additional information for item 7-a, OPC Mental Health, Developmental <br /> Disabilities & Substance Abuse authority—Transition Management and Retiree <br /> Health Insurance Continuation <br /> - Yellow— revised information for item 11-g, Orange County Planning Board <br /> Appointments <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner McKee, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to <br /> move the discussions of the transit plan to the first item on the regular agenda. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> The Chair dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 2. Public Comments (Limited to One Hour) <br /> a. Matters not on the Printed Aqenda <br /> Sarah Glass distributed a petition regarding proposed zoning changes on NC 10.
