Brown, <br />Moses Carey, Jr., Alice M. Gordon, Stephen Halkiotis {arrived at 5:54} and Barry <br />Jacobs <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY PRESENT: Geoffrey Gledhill and S. Sean <br />Borhanian <br />COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager John M. Link, Jr., Assistant <br />County Manager Gwen Harvey and Clerk to the Board Donna S. Improving communication between the BOH and the Board of <br />Caunty Commissianers- <br />Chair of the Board of Health Melvin Hurston said that they decided to make this a <br />more informal session as opposed to the last two sessions. Each of the <br />members introduced themselves. <br />Melvin Hurston said that they are not saying that communications with the Board <br />of County Commissioners are not effective. The Board of Health wants the <br />Board of Caunty Commissioners to become more aware and feel comfortable <br />
