Since that time, changes have been made by the legislature and <br />changes have been made by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners in some of <br />the rules of procedure for Board meetings. A task force including Commissioner Alice Gordon <br />and Clerk to the Board Beverly Blythe has reviewed these Rules of Procedure and has made <br />significant revisions to incorporate the changes which have been made over the last five years. <br />County Attorney Geof Gledhill has reviewed these Rules of Procedures for accuracy and <br />compliance with the General Statutes. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board discuss and make any <br />amendments to the Rules of Procedure as the Board desires, and approve them. <br />
