It was brought to the atten t].on of the Board that a mixed term of the Superior Court of Or ¢nge Covntywas scheduled to convene on Juno 9, 1947, and that due to the recent establishment of a County Recorder's Court there only a small number of cases which would ba for trf al during the said term; that the Honorable W. H. tturdock, Sollci for of the Tenth Judi ci sl District, had recommended that the said term of court ba called off end cancelled.
