Gordon, Barry Jacobs, Pam Hemminger, Earl McKee and Steve Yuhasz <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Valerie Foushee <br /> COUNTY ATTORNEY PRESENT: John Roberts <br /> COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Frank Clifton and Clerk to the Board <br /> Donna S. Baker (All other staff inembers will be identified appropriately below) <br /> Chair Pelissier said that Commissioner Foushee was absent because she had a death <br /> in the family. <br /> 1. Report to the BOCC: Phase One Assessment of the Current Fire, Rescue, and <br /> Emerqency Services <br /> Commissioner Gordon asked if this was the same report they received earlier and the <br /> consultant said that there are a number of changes.
