Gordon, Barry Jacobs, Pam Hemminger, Earl McKee and Steve <br /> Yuhasz <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: <br /> COUNTY ATTORNEY PRESENT: John Roberts <br /> COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Frank Clifton and Deputy Clerk to the <br /> Board David Hunt (All other staff inembers will be identified appropriately below) <br /> PLANNING BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Brian L. Crawford and members <br /> Alan Campbell, H. T. "Buddy" Hartley, Rachel Phelps Hawkins, Mark Marcoplos, Maxecine <br /> Mitchell, Andrea Rohrbacher, Lisa Stuckey, Judith Wegner, and Larry Wright <br /> PLANNING BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Pete Hallenbeck <br /> A. OPENING REMARKS FROM THE CHAIR <br /> Chair Pelissier called the meeting to order at 7:01 PM. It was announced that the <br /> Planning Board Chair Brian Crawford will be arriving late. Planning Board Vice-Chair Larry <br /> Wright chaired the entire meeting with Chair Pelissier. <br /> It was decided that Items C-1 and C-2 would be in reverse order, starting with agenda item <br /> C-2 because it was expected to take a much smaller amount of time than item C-1. <br /> Chair Pelissier said that there is no time limit for public comments on the first two items <br /> because it is sworn testimony. <br /> B. PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> The Chair dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> C. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br /> 2. Class A Special Use Permit(SUP)Application Proposing Development of a Montessori <br /> School — To review a developer-initiated project that would allow for development of a <br /> Montessori School at the intersection of Lawrence Road and Old NC 10. <br /> Larry Wright read the item. <br />
