Gordon, Barry Jacobs, Pam Hemminger, Earl <br /> McKee, and Steve Yuhasz <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: <br /> COUNTY ATTORNEYS PRESENT: John Roberts <br /> COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Frank Clifton, Assistant County Manager <br /> Gwen Harvey, Interim Assistant County Manager Michael Talbert and Clerk to the Board <br /> Donna S. Additions or Chanqes to the Aqenda <br /> The Chair went over the additional items at the County Commissioners' places. <br /> - Blue sheet for item 4-a — Presentation of Manager's Recommended Fiscal Year 2011-12 <br /> Annual Operating Budget and 2011-16 Capital Investment Plan. <br /> - Yellow sheet— revised page 3 for item 8-a — Solid Waste-Rogers Road Community and <br /> memo from Clerk to the Board Donna Baker and a memo from Orange County Voice. <br /> - Map for item 8-d — Orange County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Deficiency Analysis <br /> - Memo from Karen Lincoln about the proposed circulator route <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Hemminger, seconded by Commissioner Yuhasz <br /> to add another closed session item to the agenda: <br /> "To consider the qualifications, competence, performance, character, fitness, conditions of <br /> appointment, or conditions of initial employment of an individual public officer or employee <br /> or prospective public officer or employee, N.C.G.S. §143-318.11(a)(6); and to consult with <br /> an attorney employed or retained by the public body in order to preserve the attorney-client <br /> privilege between the attorney and the public body §143-318.11(a)(3). <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br />
