Gordon, Barry Jacobs, Pam Hemminger, Earl <br /> McKee, and Steve Yuhasz <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: <br /> COUNTY ATTORNEYS PRESENT: John Roberts <br /> COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Frank Clifton, Assistant County Manager <br /> and Gwen Harvey, and Clerk to the Board Donna S. Baker (All other staff inembers will be <br /> identified appropriately below) <br /> NOTE: ALL DOCUMENTS REFERRED TO IN THESE MINUTES ARE IN THE PERMANENT <br /> AGENDA FILE IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE. <br /> 1. Additions or Chanqes to the Aqenda <br /> - Lavender sheet— press release from Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools Board of <br /> Education <br /> - Handout on item 8-a — Murphey School Local Historic Landmark Designation <br /> - Pink sheet— information from the Manager on the '/4-cent sales tax referendum <br /> Chair Pelissier asked to add a closed session: <br /> "To consult with an attorney employed or retained by the public body in order to preserve <br /> attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the public body, which privilege is hereby <br /> acknowledged," 143-318.11(a)(3) <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Yuhasz, seconded by Commissioner Hemminger <br /> to approve adding a closed session as stated above. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> The Chair dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 2.
