Additions or Chanqes to the Aqenda <br /> - PowerPoint for item 7-b, resolutions Providing Comments Regarding Draft 2011-2020 <br /> state Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) and the Draft 2012-2018 Metropolitan <br /> Transportation improvement Program (MTIP). <br /> - PowerPoint for item 8-a, Report— Phase One Assessment of the Current Fire, <br /> Rescue, and Emergency Services <br /> - Pink sheet was for item 3-a, Resolution in Opposition to Senate Bill #8. <br /> - Remove item 4-I, 911 Computer Aided Dispatch Enhancement and Approval of <br /> Budget Amendment#8-a, because there has to be State approved before it is put on the <br /> agenda <br /> Chair Pelissier asked that item 3-a be added, Resolution in Opposition to Senate Bill <br /> #8, No Cap on Number of Charter Schools — in its Current Form. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Hemminger, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs <br /> to add item 3-a to the agenda: Resolution in Opposition to Senate Bill 8 — No Cap on Number <br /> of Charter Schools — in its Current Form. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Yuhasz, seconded by Commissioner Hemminger <br /> to remove item 4-i: 911 Computer Aided Dispatch Enhancement and Approval of Budget <br /> Amendment#8-A. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br />
