v�A <br />jy� - i3 _,moo <br />* ,e � <br />NORTH CAROLINA RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE ORDINANCE <br />REGULATING RECYCLABLE MATERIALS AND <br />LICENSING THE COLLECTION OF REGULATED <br />ORANGE COUNTY RECYCLABLE MATERIAL IN ORANGE COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Orange County has received the <br />recommendation of the Solid Waste staff and the County Manager to amend THE <br />ORDINANCE REGULATING RECYCLABLE MATERIALS AND LICENSING THE <br />COLLECTION OF REGULATED RECYCLABLE MATERIAL IN ORANGE COUNTY <br />(hereafter "the Ordinance). <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Orange County <br />Commissioners that: <br />Section 1. The Ordinance is hereby amended as indicated on Exhibit A to this <br />Resolution, deleting from the Ordinance those portions of it that are shown on Exhibit A <br />with a strikethrough and adding to the Ordinance those portions of it that are shown on <br />Exhibit A in bold and underlined. <br />Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage upon <br />second reading. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner seconded by Commissioner <br />the foregoing resolution was adopted on first reading this the 16`' day of <br />March, 2004. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner , seconded by Commissioner <br />`, the foregoing resolution was adopted on second reading this the 1_3_ day of <br />2004. <br />I, Donna S.
