The other elements of compensation and aspects of Ms. <br />Blackmon's appointment are resolved in the attached "Terms" Board action. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funding for the pay and benefits for the County Manager for the 2006-07 <br />fiscal year is included in the BOCC-approved 2006-07 budget. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): ,Approve the terms of the appointment of Laura Blackmon as Orange <br />County Manager. <br />
