These funds will be used to purchase a client/service tracking component of the <br />department's RecTrac software program. The required 25% local match is currently <br />budgeted in the department's fiscal year 2005 -06 budget. This budget amendment provides <br />for the receipt of these funds for the above stated purpose. (See Attachment 1, column #1) <br />2. The Department on Aging has also received additional Medicaid reimbursement funds of <br />$8,475 related to the Community Alternatives Program. These funds will be used to <br />purchase additional services for Eldercare clients. This budget amendment provides for the <br />receipt of these additional funds for the above stated purpose. (See Attachment 1, column <br />#2) <br />3. The Department on Aging has received $3,260 in fees collected from participants during this <br />fiscal year in the Wellness Program's "Fit Feet" clinic program. These funds are used to <br />
