BOARD AND MANAGERS COMMENTg <br />Manager Link asked that Item G4 be removed from the agenda and that Item G5 be delayed <br />until after the Executive Session. <br />B. CHARGE <br />Chair Shirley E. Marshall read the public charge. <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />1. ASSIGNMENT OF HOUSE AND BUILDING NUM$ERS <br />Planning Director Marvin Gollins presented for receipt of citizen comment the <br />proposed house and building numbers to be assigned to Rural Route 11 located generally <br />northwest of the Chapel Hill Carrboro area including the area along Highway 54, east from <br />Neville Road to Old Fayetteville Road, extending eastward to Hillsborough Road, then <br />northward along both roads toward Calvander, turning east on Homestead Road to N.C, $6 and <br />including Rogers Road and Sewell School Road. Partial Route 15 includes that area along <br />Damascus Church Road, from Meacham Road to Smith level Road, <br />He explained that in accordance with the General Statute 1S3A-240 a public hearing <br />must be held an the proposed, house and building numbers to be assigned. Notices have been <br />sent to all affected residents and posted in the Courthouse and in at least two public <br />places. <br />Collins made reference to a letter and a resolution from the Carrboro Board of <br />Aldermen requesting that the County Commissioners delay action on changing the addresses of_ <br />residents located on Carrboro Rural Route ll until such time that the Carrboro Post Office <br />agrees to provide mail delivery to these residents, Collins noted that if a delay is <br />
