<br />reported that a recent survey of sanitary end toilet facilities Sn
<br />the Graded Hchool Building made by en outstanding engineer showed these
<br />facilities to be in a deplorable condition. They rea ues Led that $5,000.00
<br />dollars be included in the Capital Outlay Budget 1n addition to the regul-
<br />ar Capital Outlay per capita in order thzt these urgently needed repairs
<br />and improvements might be made ]n the graded school building.
<br />Dr. N. P. Richardson of the Health Department appeared before the
<br />board Sn the interest of the appropriation for Puvl lc Health work for
<br />the year, The total amount recues tad for this purpose 1s $5,€60,00
<br />The Hoard of Education appeared before the board end discussed the it

<br />eppronri ate funds for Orange County Librsry as set up in their proposed
<br />Hudget.

<br />Laws and unanimously nessed that Crrl C, Davis ~oe and is hereby re-appcint-
<br />ed Tax Collector for Orange County for a term of two ,years.

<br />Wilson and unanimously nessed, that the Clerk to this Hoard prepare a list
<br />of tax payers who have paid their 1942 tex,to be used by this Board et their
<br />Avgust meeting to revise the Jury box ea required by Statute.
