0~4 0: <br />M I N U T E S <br />ORANGE COiIATI'Y BOAt~7 OE' CC~'1NIISSIQNERS <br />JOINT PUBLIC HEARING. <br />FEBRi]ARY 25, ]985 <br />The Orange County Board of Commissioners met in Joint Session with the <br />Planning Board on February 25, 1985 in Superior Courtroom in Hi].~.sborough, <br />North Carolina at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of holding a joint public hearing. <br />Coa[umissioners Present: Chair Don Willhoit, ark Commissioners Shirley <br />Marshall, Moses Caney, Ben Lloyd and Norman Walker. <br />Planning Board Members Present: Chair Alice Gordon and members Frank <br />Pearson, David Skianklin, Carl Walters, and Steve Yuhasz. <br />Attorney Present: Geoffrey Gledhill. <br />Staff Present: County Manager Kenneth R. Thanq~on, Director of Planning <br />Marvin Collins, Planner III Susan Smith, Secretary ~7oanna Bradshaw and County <br />Clerk and Administrative Assistant to the Board Beverly A.
