P[]BLIC Ei$ARING <br />1. P.ron~~~ Nin,imum Housina_ Cog <br />County Manager Thompson cited three revisions to the proposed <br />Minimum Housing Code. as a result of Board member and citizen comments <br />received at the December 5, 1983 meeting: (1) the definition in 2.4 <br />has .been changed to coincide with what is stated in 2.24; (2) 5.1 has <br />been clarified to permit water and bath facilities to be in a separate <br />building; and (3) 14.1 has been altered to eliminate periodic <br />inspection. <br />Dr. Seymour, Inter Faith Council, supports the Minimum Housing <br />Code and stated while it is very minimal, it is the first step.
